ABOUT ME

Hi! I am Eugenia, I am a mental health worker, human rights advocate and writer enthusiast.

After years of working as a Children’s Behavioral Therapist , I have decided to shift my audience and support adults in their journey.

I started my working method with one goal in mind: to help people know themselves deeply and empowering individuals to live the life they want.

My background in psychology and neuroscience combined with my experience in yoga, breathwork and meditation help others focus, reflect, transmute and find a more meaningful, gentle & aligned life.

Having years of experience in working with others and cultivating knowledge through studies and personal experience , I provide a safe and soft space to analyse, observe and reflect on different personal experiences and find ways to navigate through challenging moments.

I have been trained in different modalities and worked with individuals with complex trauma , offering yoga & meditation. My sessions are specifically designed to each individuals and their needs, drawing from different methods such as arts, mindfulness, coaching, breathwork and movement.

At the moment I am finishing my Counselling and Psychotherapy Master, working towards registration in Australia. I am a member of PACFA
