About me
My Journey
My path into healing work has been shaped by life’s deepest challenges—losing loved ones, navigating the complexities of immigration, and facing family conflict that stirred questions about identity, belonging, and connection. These experiences cracked me open, leading me to explore the many layers of grief, resilience, and transformation.
Rather than turning away from pain, I chose to meet it with curiosity and compassion. Along the way, I immersed myself in practices that supported my own healing—modalities that helped me move through loss, reconnect with my body, and redefine my relationship with self and others.
With a background in Psychology and Neuroscience, and years of experience as a Children’s Behavioral Therapist, I eventually shifted my focus to supporting adults on their own paths of self-discovery. My approach blends science with soul, structure with intuition—creating space for people to feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.
This work is not just my profession—it’s a reflection of my lived experience. I’m here to walk beside you, gently guiding you back to yourself, and holding space for whatever arises with warmth, honesty, and care.
