Psychotherapy sessions provide a supportive, confidential space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the guidance of a trained professional. In my practice, I take a holistic and integrative approach that combines elements of traditional talk therapy with body-based (somatic) awareness, trauma-informed care, and parts work—an approach that honors the different inner voices or "parts" we all carry. Sessions are person-centered, meaning they are tailored to each individual's unique needs, experiences, and pace.

Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, grief, emotional distress, relationship issues,traumatic experiences or seeking deeper self-understanding, our work together focuses on supporting your nervous system, helping you process and release stored emotions, and reconnecting with your innate inner wisdom.

Breathwork & Meditation

Unlock a deeper connection with yourself and your intuition through breathwork, meditation, and movement. These sessions offer a powerful and transformative experience, whether you're new to these practices or have prior experience.

Together, we create a supportive space where you can explore unconscious belief systems, release stored trauma, and access emotional healing at a profound level. Because trauma is often held in the body, these techniques help bypass the conscious mind, revealing hidden truths and facilitating deep transformation, sometimes leading to emotional release even faster than in traditional psychotherapy.

Beyond emotional healing, these practices promote mental clarity, reduce anxiety, boost creativity, and support restful sleep. They also help process grief, reconnect with the body, and access altered states of consciousness. Reiki can be integrated into the sessions for added energetic balance and healing.

Healing Practises

Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a gentle healing practice that helps you relax, release stress, and feel more balanced. In a 60–90 minute session, you lie down fully clothed while I use light touch to support your body’s natural ability to heal. It’s a calming experience that can help with emotional or physical tension and support your overall well-being.

Guidance Sessions
Using tools like Tarot and the Akashic Records, these sessions offer support when you’re feeling unsure, stuck, or looking for direction. They’re a space to explore what’s going on in your life and receive insight that can help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Working with no time constraints , meditating and travelling to different spaces to find answers.

  • While there isn't a specific counterfeit, it's vital to approach these practices cautiously.Additionally, if you have any health conditions or are pregnant, be mindful, as certain types of breathing may not be recommended.   • Sessions can be held online, live Orchard St. clinic (Bondi) only Saturdays 8 a.m -2 p.m & Bondi Junction on Fridays & Tuesday (upon request other days , please consult before booking)
